PIROV KHASAN ALIEVICH  Chairman of the Audit Commission of the Union of Composers of Tajikistan, musician, conductor of the orchestra of folk instruments, composer. Was born in 1951 in the city of Vahdat. A graduate of the Dushanbe Music College (College of Arts named after A. Bobokulov), the Tajik State Institute of Culture and Arts named after A. M. Tursunzoda.

From 1974 to 2004 he was a lecturer at the Dushanbe Musical College (College of Arts named after A. Bobokulov), from 1998 to 2005 – artistic director and chief conductor of the Orchestra of Folk Instruments of the State Philharmonic Society of Tajikistan named after A. A. Dzhuraeva, 2006 to 2014 Dean of the Faculty of Tajik Music of the Tajik State Conservatory named after T. Sattorova. Honored Worker of Tajikistan.

Has composed over 60 instrumental and vocal pieces.

TOSHEV BAKHROM MURODALIEVICH  Member of the Revision Commission of the Union of Composers of Tajikistan, musician, composer. Was born on December 21, 1967 in the city of Gissar.

Graduate of the Secondary Special Music Boarding School named after V.I. Z. Shahid and the Tajik State Institute of Culture and Arts named after. M. Tursunzoda.

Since 1993 he worked as a musician, musical and artistic director of the Gulshan pop orchestra of the State Committee for Television and Radio of the Republic of Tajikistan. At this time, he is the first deputy director of the State Philharmonic Society of Tajikistan named after I. A. Dzhuraeva.

Toshev B. composes mainly music in the pop genre. Awarded with the Medal of Merit.
